Any information collected by linked websites including authorized dealer websites are not covered under this privacy policy as we have no control over the information they may collect.
Return Policy
We are happy to make exchanges or refunds on any catalogue item. Please return your merchandise in it's original sealed packaging, with a copy of the sales invoice, within 30* days of purchase. Custom made and special order items may be subject to a restocking fee or non-returnable. Please ask a sales associate for details. It is the responsibility of the consumer to remove any confidential information from any item before returning the item to our store. Please let us know your reason for returning the product.

*We offer free same day or next day delivery for **most in-stock office supplies orders over $50 (before taxes) within the Sydney and surrounding industrial areas. Free delivery of office supplies in rural areas is offered with a minimum of a $100 order (before taxes).
